These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the SARL ATELIER PERICAUD GERARD (APG) with a capital of 7000 euros whose registered office is in Provins, registered in the commercial and companies register of Melun under the number 499 589 885 ci -after called "APG" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of "APG" hereinafter called "the buyer".

Object

These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between APG and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the APG merchant site, whether the buyer is professional or consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by APG.
APG reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the APG website.
These products and services are offered while stocks last.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

Prices

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices inclusive of tax in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services.
APG reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Tolerance for all cutting articles: ± 0.5 cm. Tolerance for all types of packaging (tubes, cups, flasks, buckets, etc.): ± 3%.
Promotions are organized on the website. The reference price (crossed out), the new price to be paid and the discount percentage are then indicated. In addition, promotional codes can be used on the site directly in the basket. Each promotional code is subject to certain conditions (validity date, minimum order, conditions of use, etc.) specified on its dissemination medium (advertisements, press announcements, flyers).
The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery provided that they take place in the geographical areas provided below.

Geographical area

The Purchaser can also order by email, fax or telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by leaving a message on the answering machine (free call from a box) indicating his contact details (customer number, surname, first name, address, telephone number, delivery address), the references of the products ordered, their designation, their quantity.

Offers are only valid while stocks last.
